The third annual TEDxVancouver was held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the beautiful Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at UBC. The event, hosted by CBC News Vancouver’s Lisa Johnson, included a line-up of 16 inspiring speakers and artists on the frontier of knowledge and innovation. The theme, “The Frontier” was selected as a reflection of wonders yet undreamt and the talks captured the imagination of over 1,100 attendees. It was described as “one of the most fascinating speaker events of the year” (CBC)
